What I really want is for that damn timer to come off of soul reaping now that spirits are finally out of the picture.
Aside from that, there's a few buffs I'd like to see.
But mostly, the smaller the skill balance, the better. Almost every time they do it, they get something so wrong that it completely outweighs whatever they did right in that update.

for god's sake, if you don't like ursan blessing...DONT use it! its that simple. Ursan gives people who don't want to have to play a ele/monk/warrior etc finally have the chance to win with their unwanted class. This skill was in response to the many many MANY problems and imho has fixed it.

I never use Ursan Blessing. But i'm content that other people can win the levels that i participate in without the use of your local trinity.

I sincerely doubt Ursan was intended to remove class imbalance by removing the need for classes. Its what it now has come to do, but it cant possibly have been the intent.

Id like to see some rit spirit buffs and maybe some paragon ones too, prehaps something fun with MM's too.

I think it would be great if the BMP spells got worked in as well but i dont see that happening

I would mud wrestle my gran for a hero formation selection.
Death Blossom i think is a canditate for nerf its so over powered.
Mind Blast probably would be nerfed, insane e managment.

Seriously, STFU about Ursan. It's a PvE skill FFS and doesn't effect you at all if you choose not to allow an Ursan runner into your party. It gives professions that normally wouldn't be allowed into an elite mission party a chance to come along and do something other than "Stay away".

Personally, I find Ursan useless as is and do not run it, but after all, I run a profession that doesn't need ursan to get invited into a party or to be successful. Let the noobs and the people with unpopular professions have some fun FFS.

This is what I would like to see, but I'm not holding my breath because its becoming increasingly apparent that they don't care about PvE anymore.

Save yourselves: Change to "For the next 3-5 seconds your party gains 20-30 armour". Change effect to all allies.

TNTF: Reduce damage reduction to 10-20. Remove healing. Reduce energy costs to 5.

Brawling Headbutt: Reduce required Adrenaline to 4. Add a removes all adrenaline clause.

Aura of Holy Might: Fix bugs to make it act like the description

Signet of Corruption: Remove damage.

Pain Inverter: Fix bug to make it act like the description (Max 80 instead of Max80 per person affected).

Dwarven Stablility - Change to - for 10-20 seconds, your stances last 20-50% longer.

Great Dwarf Weapon - Allow self targetting. Remove Bonus damage. Change knockdown chance to 5-15%.

You move like a Dwarf - Target foe has only a 50% chance of being knocked down.

Raven Blessing - Skill totally reworked to remove the whole skillbar replacement concept. For 40-60 seconds you assume the avatar of the raven. While in this form, you are immune to knockdown have a 10-30% block chance, your attacks cause blind and bleeding and your skills recharge 30-50% faster. This skill is disabled for 120 seconds. The in mission blessing remains uneffected

Ursan Blessing - Skill totally reworked to remove the whole skillbar replacement concept. For 40-60 seconds you assume the avatar of the bear. While in this form, you gain 100hp, and your attacks do an additional 10-15 damage and have a 5-10% chance of knocking down your target. This skill is disabled for 120 seconds. The in mission blessing remains uneffected

Volfen Blessing - Skill totally reworked to remove the whole skillbar replacement concept. For 40-60 seconds you assume the avatar of the wolf. While in this form, you gain +4-6 health regeneration, and you move and attack 33% faster. This skill is disabled for 120 seconds. The in mission blessing remains uneffected

^, if anything I would love to see the entire skill bar replacment thing removed from game. I fear it is the future though in GW2.

unlinking of pve and pvp skills.
alliance roster.
title management.
hero management.
some solution to multiple character title grind.

but i fully expect some totally ridiculous pvp influenced skill nerfs and core game mechanic changes instead. hurrah hurrah lets all lock ourselves in a room together and scream.

^It's really sad that some people haven't realized why GW balances skills mostly based on PvP after ~2.5 years, and still feel the need to bitch about it.

On-topic, I like a lot of cellardweller's changes, especially to the blessings.

^its really sad some people dont understand after 2 years + that pve needs balance too.
but carry on thinking that pulling levers and switching gears is the normal way to go round changing meta.

Did you even read my entire post? The word "mostly" mean anything to you? Higher priority, not that PvE should be left in the dust. Why would I have agreed with cellardweller if I didn't think PvE needed balance? Reading comprehension, etc.

I think servering the link between skills would be great, so PvE doesn't get hit by PvP nerfs

your post came across as the usual dig of pve players just not understanding why pvp needs to be constantly adjusted.

We DO (and thats another topic entirely) the thing is those changes do not mean the same thing to pve as to pvp, BALANCE does not mean the same thing in pve and pvp, that is the reason they should be SEPARATE.

YES we will "bitch" about it as long as the skills remain LINKED.
this "bitching" will take on many forms of blame but the only solution is to separate them.

and its EXACTLY what i said in my original comment.

Yes I agree Ursan Blessing needs a huge nerf to put mesmers and assassins and rangers back in their places. Rangers still need nerfing to their interupt skills longer recharge times. Sins need to be nerfed using Shadowform and Echo together longer recharge times and 120 second recharge. Mesmers don't need anymore buffing they got quite enough in the last major update.
